Dr Madhu completed her post-graduation from GNEC, Maulana Azad Medical College, did her DNB from DR BSAH Rohini, Delhi. She has done clinical fellowship in ocular surface from LVPEI, Hyderabad. She has worked at Vasan Eye Care Ranchi as senior consultant and then ASG Patna. She has worked as Senior Phaco Refractive surgeon at Sharp Sight Eye Hospital Ranchi. She has done thousands of cataract surgeries. She is having huge experience of Monofocal, Multifocal and Toric IOLs. She is having extensive experience in managing complicated cataracts. She does refractive surgeries, specializes in removing the higher spectacle power. She use to regularly attend conferences and have various articles in indexed in ophthalmic journal. She had presented many paper & posters in ophthalmic conferences.
